All members of the Set Starters community shall be obligated to treat one another with dignity, kindness, and respect at all times. It is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks within the community. Set Starters recognises and affirms the importance of diversity, valuing the perspectives and experiences of all individuals as integral to the community’s ethos.
Civil Discourse
In engaging in discussions and interactions within the community, users are hereby bound to conduct themselves in a manner characterised by thoughtfulness and constructive engagement. This includes expressing opinions and viewpoints with due respect and openness to the consideration of divergent perspectives. Users are explicitly prohibited from employing inflammatory language, engaging in trolling activities, or partaking in behaviour that disrupts productive dialogue. Such actions are deemed contrary to the terms of this agreement and may result in disciplinary measures as outlined herein.

In adherence to the legal framework governing intellectual property rights, users of Set Starters are hereby obligated to respect the rights of others in regards to their intellectual property. It is expressly prohibited to engage in any activity that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or any other form of intellectual property rights when contributing or sharing content on the Set Starters platform. Prior to utilising or disseminating copyrighted materials, users are required to obtain explicit authorisation or permission from the rightful owner. Any violation of this provision shall be subject to legal consequences as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

Reporting Violations
Should you observe any conduct that contravenes our Community Guidelines or any additional policies, we hereby instruct you to promptly notify Set Starters’ moderators or administrators. You are required to furnish comprehensive details and substantiating evidence to facilitate the thorough examination of the reported matter. It is expressly prohibited to seek retribution or take part in vigilantism against purported wrongdoers.
Enforcement
In the event of a breach of our Community Guidelines, the offending party may face disciplinary measures, which may include but are not limited to, issuing warnings, imposing temporary suspensions, or implementing permanent bans from accessing Set Starters. Our moderators and administrators retain full discretion to determine the appropriate course of action necessary to rectify violations and uphold the integrity of the community.
